Good evening sir, Today's motivational quote is "Success is how high you bounce when you hit bottom”. Editorial is concerning to decision related to ancestral property. In editorial: - Verdict regarding the right of Hindu daughters' in ancestral property has been announced by the Supreme Court of India, which was pending for a long time. In this judgment, the Supreme Court underscored that Hindu daughters' would be eligible to avail all the benefit of ancestral property, similar to son. South Indian states like Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka etc where they have already been passed an ordinance six decades ago and are being provided similar right to both i.e. son and daughter. In my notion: - Judgment regarding the right of Hindu daughters' in ancestral property came in favour of them is good but it should be implemented in letter and spirit as many places of our countries where they are being suffered from social evils. This should have been implemented by the all states earlier especially Bihar and Uttar Pradesh where the daughters’ usually face discrimination related issues. Nowadays, we can also see, performance of the girls’ are increasing day by day as compared to boys either in education or in other events. In our society, especially in few places of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh where the parents usually want Son and do discrimination between daughters’ and sons’. They send their sons’ for studying in cities while daughters’ are assigned to do house hold works. They also think if the daughters’ born, they will have to pay big amount as dowry during marriage. But, this is a bad thinking which needs improvement as we can see recent results which has been published by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in which 9 girls secured their ranking under 20. Government should give proper attention especially in rural areas where education is in bottom level and organize awareness campaign among them time to time so that behavior of parents can be changed. Hy Today's editorial is concerning about the daughters right. Writer interpreted that supreme court took a decision on the rights of daughters to ancestral property. These rights are usurped in many rural areas. This is anomaly being done in our country with the daughters everytime boys are considered stronger and important than girls. But now scs verdict is on girls side. They will have equal coparcenary rights as the son. The apex court categorically ruled that coparcenary rights of daughters' flows from their birth. It also said that it does not matter whether the father of daughter were alive or not on the day amendment came into force. It conferred equal rights to daughters and treat them as they had been a son. In my notion girls are not inferior to boys. They accrue from same place they are also human so property should be equally dispensed between son and daughter. However in our country girls have to face many discrimination and social evils in many states like bihar and up. People think tgat if girl will born then they'll have to arrange dowry for them and tgey treat them as unimportant. It is retroactive that women had no liberty in the past. It is flagrant that it is 21 century and things and nature of people should be change. I ask u to the people who dont want daughters that whT can the daughters not do. A women had been a first prime minister, the first pilot, the first doctor, the first engineer and now have they seeen the result of upsc girls have secured ranks upto 20. It is underscored in the act that daughter will have entitled to each and every things the boys have . We are glad to hear the sc intent to try to overrule the all law against women. It is presumptive, prospective that ithis law will be enforced. And predominance of man will be abolish Me and my brother are quarreling with each other and our mayhem stopped only when my father was come and we had come to terms Come what may i will marry him My love letter came to my father's hand I have no appetite for pkoras my father brought for me I always contented with wht whatever my father confer to me.

The hindu succession act was passed in 1956.later it amended on 2005 & now the final &clear verdict from from the supreme Court that equal Coparcenary right in ancestral property. Which they got the form of inherited by their ancestors. Here also focus on ending gender discrimination. It said clearly that Coparcenary right of every daughter flow from her birth. The apex court verdict is indeed appreciating in term of gender equality and it ramp up the status of female in society.... 🙏
