irst, the case is difficult to open with one hand; it requires both hands, which is inconvenient. The earbuds themselves are uncomfortable and cause pain after about an hour of use. Additionally, they don't fit well in my ears, making them unsuitable for activities like going to the gym or taking a morning walk. Another concerning aspect is that the earbuds were delivered in a box designed for a smartwatch, with labels like 'Perfect Fit on Your Wrist' and 'SmartWatch Accessories Box'-this was confusing and unprofessional. The most significant issue is that when using both earbuds, only the microphone on the side I pick first from the case works. Lastly, the battery life on one side is noticeably poor.
