Dear Professor, right before 18:00, we make the assumption that occ can still be used when the circuit is loaded ( under the condition field current is not changed from occ condition ). So this load condition is a 'light enough' load to still trust the occ ? This makes sense to me but just wanted to make sure. Thank you !

Dear Professor, Is it because we have not reached the value of armature reaction yet ? and therefore it's similar to OCC or no load and therefore no armature reaction yet ?

Thank you Sir. for the great explanation. I got the following questions: 1. What should be the size of the inductive load connected to perform the test? 2. Does core saturation affect the values for the parameters measured? Thanks for your videos.

Dear Professor, I'm still not sure how we are making the assumption that OCC can be used for anything but open circuit? When we find Er and then intersect with OCC to find field current Ir... what assumption are we making about the physical situation to justify using the OCC to find Ir knowing Er?

BD represents the MMF corresponding to Leakage reactance drop.

Sir, Actually in alternators the Ef leads the V, but you drawn Ef lags the V, why
