"Zero: The Value of Life" is an Assamese drama film, partially inspired by the Oscar winner 'Slumdog Millionaire'. The film depicts the socially ostracized street children and downtrodden of the society, who mostly live in slum areas. A teenage group from the slums of Guwahati participates in the Guwahati Star Dance Competition. The film represents the anxiety and trauma that the contestants go through during the competition.
