And what do you thinks about Solder boot (Healing regeneration spell) + Merc Jacket + Torch ? Can you explain me please ? i need to understand why do you choice this build. I chose the Taproot to increase health. This helps you become a tank Taproot gives HitPoints to health + healing received. Torch gives attack speed and CD. I see the Taproot is the best for Arcane
