@@bl4nketcat In short yes, If u have lets say 100 spec in battle axe u get an additional 220 IP so a t4 battle axe will have 700+220 = 920 IP it is basically equivalent to t6 battleaxe with no specs, every 100 ip is like 10% more stats roughly, search for a video on yt like this "butterscotch albion online item power" he explain it better.

Quick tip : whenever you open a chest always grab silver bags first. You never know when someone might randomly invisibility gank you and you lose everything on you. Great video otherwise. I like watching while im eating or doing mundane tasks 😂
