Well Before Europe server, My ping was around 200 or higher and I'm playing the game for long , long time but I right now in Europe I'm getting around 120 ping for now cause I changed my Internet provider so yeah I'm okay with that ping

Never will understand great frost users that use blink. You lose SO MUCH damage by not using lance its crazy. It has half CD of E and same damage as one E cast. AND it cuts armor! That combined almost doubles your damage output. With lance W you can even beat 300+ more ip than you if you play it right with right build. Blink is not usefull against low mobility builds. And it is usefull against high mobility builds only if you manage to stun them with blink. And that means you're already taking damage. So just use lance and kite while you can, and when its brawl use defencives. By the time you used everything your opponent is long dead. And that frost at the beginning made SO MANY basic errors...
