Absolutely love! this video idea. It's refreshing to see an influencer speaking about the products that work. My favourites are also NatureMason tooth tabs and their wheat straw brush (coz bamboo gets fungus in the blink of an eye in Goan humid weather), and huge coincidence, I have ordered the exact same broom and other items from Palmera, exact same moisturizer from Bare necessities, near similar loofah scrub, also use laundry bar from rustic art (which is similar to your). However I have to ask, you mentioned using wooden toilet brush. How do you maintain it w.r.t mold and fungus?

As for my other favourite brand of sustainable household care, it has to be Arani Eco. Super affordable and innovative, and all their products work better than FMCG.

I love Arani too. But for me, the transportation is from Delhi to Bangalore which beats the whole purpose of sustainability and I hence the local options which by far is Refillable which has been absolutely the bestest. Now for my wooden toilet brush, I’ve been using it for easily over a year. And I haven’t found it forming any mould or so. I keep it standing upright after use so that the water drains from the brush easily and hence after it dried up.. it stays fine. As long as you don’t keep the brush in a frequently used part of the bathroom, it should be fine. I’d suggest keeping it in a less used bathroom. The one where you don’t take baths in too often.

@@NayanaPremnath wonderful that you'll get the refillable option. Not heard of anything yet in Goa. Or if it is there, might be in the North of Goa which is a huge hassle to travel to. So I prefer to order a few months stock from e-commerce websites

Hey Sriti.. unfortunately they’re not :( All the others I tried and it broke but the Arani tablets didn’t break by hand. Could probably be cut with a knife but I know that’s a tedious process.

Hey Arnav.. no liquid can come in fully Paper packaging. What is the normal property of paper and water? It absorbs it right? For brands like this, they always have a plastic layer to prevent that from happening. Hence their packaging is NOT paper. :(
