It is not "don't play", it is "都 play". '"都" means "both". so the main concept of the music vedio expresses people today like to despise some kind of fashion symptoms but at the same time they're also addicted to those.

This video presents something like plastic surgery, rich people show off their money, blue-eyed person play some tricks to catch more people's eyes, people work out to catch up with the trend of V-shape and firm abs, fake hipsters... etc, some phenomenons around us (more not in the video). And it uses an ironic and funny way to present that we live in a crazy world filled with variety of contradictions, and still go on. I think each person will have different feelings after watching the video. I might just present mine . If you really interested for more infomation, you could also view the translated subtitle.
