Verónica Fernández Negrete i imagine that this way.. Nicole (model in the video it's you) and Perrie are the same person.. So Gigi is Zayn's current girlfriend and Perrie (Nicole) gets hurt while seeing Zayn with Gigi.. I hope you understand now :)
