zetamath Sudoku Tutorial: Kropki

I have been struggling to understand what "negative constraints" and "all dots given/not all dots given" mean, as I am completely new to kropki sudokus and recently attempted a kropki from CTC new app. I got very confused and Simon tried to explain but it wasn't terribly clear to me. I now understand from watching your video, so thank you very much, because I was very confused about what those things meant.
