For your bee problem, the bees dont have anywhere to put the honey that they are holding...i think it's holding. but they are trying to find empty bee hives or nests to put the honey inside to them because flowers still make pollen but there isn't any room for the pollen to be placed so they fly around to find a place so i think you either have to make new hives / nests or just kill the bees. But that would be brutal. I hope this helped :]

I have to say that mate…. I had a crazy friend who do this digging things in private servers twice. And first time he did, he regrets about he didn’t collecting all of the blocks he had digging for 100 x 100 areas. So, he makes first one 100 x 100 into a maximum collecting system. And then on the second one 100 x 100, he digging all the way down to bedrocks 100 x 100, and then put down the 10,000 hoppers, to collecting all of blocks into the first one that system. I have to say you done the great job, and good videos.

You should just transform this into a industrail district. Here is what I mean : you make as many farms as possible: all connected to a central bas where you can disable/enable any farm at any moment and you can AFK while make gunpowder, sugar cane, cactus, all at the same time!

If you want a perfect cubic space explosion, there is a TNT method where in the 3x3=9 blocks, the middle of it is that you were placing the TNT in it, just dig 3 block and place the TNT in the middle and there it goes, and the block that it exploded is 33 blocks. This is the only technique that I like to use when I mine, if you don't understand what I said, sorry... Edit: This is only effective in stone or deepslate layers, because the dirt gravel and sand is easier to mine
