The thing I feel like people don’t understand about Sakura is if it was Naruto who abandoned the village, she would’ve felt the same way, but would’ve probably expressed it different. And also she would’ve put Sasuke in check & looked at him differently if he didn’t want to save his friend.

The thing is, you have to assume that, because it didn't happen that way. What DID happen was that Sasuke left, Sakura never dated Naruto, and eventually married Sasuke despite him trying to kill her twice. But that last bit only happens because she's been in love with Sasuke the whole time. What I DON'T think would have happened, if Naruto left, is that Sakura never would have dated Sasuke and married Naruto in the end. So no, she wouldn't have felt the same, because she never felt the same for Naruto as she did Sasuke. And more to the point, Sasuke and Naruto are different. Even when Naruto lost himself and hurt Sakura, he was horrified to realize he had done so. If there's ever a moment when Sasuke agonizes over trying to kill Sakura, I've never seen it in the anime. And you can be damn sure Naruto wouldn't just go "Sorry" over something like that. The point: rules apply to Naruto, they never do to Sasuke. So I can't realistically believe that Sakura would ever be able to keep Sasuke in check because she never has. Can't even hit him. NEVER had that issue with Naruto. Because they're different. Wildly so.

"It's no different from a curse mark." That is such a ninja way to call the relationship toxic, and it hurts more because it's damn true. One of the few times Sakura should have cried and nobody insulted her for it, because realizing you're toxic to someone you care for, for someone else's sake who is even more toxic to both of you, should make you cry. "He's foolish enough to like someone like me." Coming from the person foolish enough to love Sasuke, that should mean something! "Have you really turned into a mere criminal?" And that's the problem, always downplaying it when Sasuke does something bad because the rules don't apply to him. There is nothing "mere" about the criminal Sasuke has become, nations are a step from going to war because of him, that's a bit beyond pick-pocketing or jaywalking. This reality where Sasuke isn't to blame for anything he does, only Naruto and Sakura live in it. The rest of the world is like, "That dude needs to go." Also I recall being extremely pissed when Ino, who barely appears at all and hasn't mentioned Sasuke since before the time skip, starts crying over him now. Kiba was so me then.

What people dont seem to realize is sai instigated the moment everybody claims they hate because its sakura 😂 telling her naruto really loves her gave a flag to think he was moving in a destructive manner because of his promise and love for her

Except that what instigated this entire arc of Naruto and Sakura behaving stupidly is Sasuke joining Akatsuki and attacking Killer Bee. You can't put that on Sai, he's just calling dumb, destructive behavior like he sees it.

To the idiots who comment : Sai didn't understand a thing , or rather he understood that Naruto is suffering inside but not for the reasons he thinks , for the promise he made to Sakura . Naruto is suffering because he sees Sasuke surrendering more and more to darkness because he basically doesn't know anything about Sasuke , about Itachi etc.. , he has never been able to really understand him , to understand what he carried inside , except until Jiraya's death

No, it became unbearable a few episodes earlier, when Naruto got his face turned into hamburger by Karui, to delay intel on Sasuke reaching her by five whole minutes. By the time Naruto bowed his head to the Raikage and got yelled at like a child, it was way past unbearable.
