Gallagher is by far th best 4* sustainer even at E0 he is waaaaay better than natasha so i recommend building him especially if u are skipping lingsha in second half

Gepard with trends lc is pretty decent for acheron while Gallagher is good for feixiao due to his frequent attacks

I'm gonna be honest with you, Gallagher is easily the best 4 star character on the game and there is a legit argument to say that he is better than any other sustain besides aventurine (even better than lingsha since Gallagher can abuse multiplication and quid pro quo better) The E2 is obviously the strong one but he is still better than any other option you have for both teams

I only could get an E1 moze for my ratio team and I thought without his E2 which gives him the crit damage debuff (or maybe it isn't a debuff?) He wouldn't be that much better than someone like march 7th as a sub dps, but well look at this.

For some reason his prey mark counts as a debuff while not really doing anything in terms of damage amp, but the fua dmg taken from trace is a different debuff. The e2 however only takes effect on top of the prey mark i believe which isbwhy it doesnt add another debuff

If u want debuff more, I advise you to pull Topaz's lc, but it is really pain to pull. I failed to get Robin's lc for 80 pulls, so Moze E0S1 already great for F2P

@@DESTROYEROFGOD5 for F2P players LC banners are rarely worth it. The only times I'd pull for LC is if the character simply has no other good LC options, like Acheron or Boothill (I have Boothill's LC, and planning to get Acheron's on her rerun). Even if Topaz's LC is crazy good, I wouldn't recommend pulling it since it isn't "necessary", not even on Topaz herself.

Depends on the team. If you need SP generation and buffing capabilities, go March. If you want the 2 debuffs he gives (For ratio comps. Accessible from e0 Moze.) , aggro reduction (allies are more likely to be hit since he is not on field) and need the 3 FUAs he does (like for Aventurine's passive), go moze. Both are sub dpses, so they'd both like a dual carry buffer.

@@AdamNRG316 like I said, it depends on your team. Who are the other team mates? Moze is SP neutral and Feixiao guzzles SP like there is no tomorrow. If you have an SP positive sustain and/or support, you should be fine with running Moze. Theoretically Moze is better than March for Feixiao since Feixiao doesn't get a lot of use out of March's buffs since she gets diminishing returns (because Feixiao's kit already has a lot of self buffs). If you don't have any SP positive sustains or supports, go for March for the SP generation and SPD on Feixiao.
