For a moment or two, I was a bit confused by your being on the right side of the plane and then on the left. Using the selfie feature of your phone gives a mirror image, I believe, and thus it appears that you're sitting on the opposite side of the plane. And, as shown at 15:52, signage is backward as well.

Yes correct, my phone's front camera mirrored the image and appeared I was sat on the left side.

Excellent review! I'm flying to the US in the same seat soon, being a bulkhead seat does it recline just as much as a regular seat? And is it noisy being close to the toilets? Cheers!

Yes it is pretty much the same recline. The seat I was on is not a bullhead seat. Bulkhead seats are the front row in the cabin. IThere are no toilets near the bullhead (first row) as right in front of the World Traveller Plus cabin is the Club World (business class) cabin - there is no galley or toilets between the two cabins, except for the curtain so noise should not be an issue. @@SJF15 I didn’t find it to be a big issue to be honest. Maybe just before landing more passengers were queuing to use the toilets but during the flight I didn’t notice much noise.

Couple of questions! 1) Were you able to sleep during the flight? 2) Do the noise cancelling headphones block out the noise for real or nah? and 3) Do you think the price marking justifies the service provided? Or just pitch in for business class? Thank you, and good post!

I generally can’t sleep on flights unless I’m very jet lagged, even if I’m in business class. However, I value personal space more than anything else on a flight (especially long haul) so if you ask me, I feel the price increase to premium economy is justified for this reason alone. Seat width and pitch is enough for you to be comfortable and does not make it awkward if you need to get out of your seat. In terms of service, the food offering is better than economy. The choices are similar to business class but presentation is closer to economy. You do get metal cutlery as well which for me, makes the meal service more enjoyable The noise cancelling headphones work well, not 100% noise cancelling but enough to significantly reduce ambient noise.
