You are really amazing Mia san! Your new floor looked absolutely beautiful! I couldn't work out what you were doing at first, then it all became clear. I have never seen joist supports so long, but I know that they are common in Japanese houses. When you were putting the diagonal braces in I thought you may have problems, but they all fitted exactly, so it shows that all the angles were perfect! Even your husband looked like he was enjoying help you out? I recognised the temporary floor boards from when you used them to form the concrete foundations. There was a lot of timber used so far, and then a lot more was delivered!! You have much work still ahead of you; don't race and try to be a fast as the professionals? Take your time and avoid further injuries - I would hate anything to stop you working. You even had time to visit the jinja? Was that your New Year visit? Stay well and keep warm and don't work too hard! I can't wait until your next video, you don't know how much I enjoy watching you. Good luck with the next stage.🥰

Thanks again for your support this year\(^0^)/ I think our joist posts are longer than most houses in Japan. I think they are support poles for heavy snowfall areas. But we incorporated them because they are the perfect length for our house (^0^) The boards used for the concrete foundation were also too good to throw away. I am glad I kept them! They are just right for temporary floor boards. We can't go too fast to work safely. I want to keep them as they are(^. ^) On the first day, I went for a first visit! I think the work from now on will be full of danger. I will do my best!!
Great progress, Great planning... suggestion, when using the rescripting saw (sazall), the rest should be on the material cutting to prevent excessive vibration. please continue to share... 🔨😎

Thanks again (^0^) I see, so the vibration of the ripping saw can be prevented by placing the material on top!!!!! I'll try using it with material on top next time(^0^) That's a very good idea!!!!!! Thanks for the practical advice!!!!!! I will try my best to be safe\(^0^)/

@@tuma-self-builder if you are cutting the material in the flat position, the "foot" needs to be on the material. If cutting vertical or horizonal, the same the foot on the material. Please try on a scrap material first. Very impressed with your planning. 😎
