i'm a new player and don't really understand the dodge/parrying mechanics yet - could anyone explain how the parry at 0:29 works (the moment it says 4 combo on screen)? i've seen this in a few of the other videos too and i struggle to wrap my mind around it. usually with other parries, i'm assuming you just need to press basic attack once at the right time, so i can get that. but with the parry by continuous shooting, you can't control the timing as easily bc wanshi is animated in a specific way right? so with that, don't you have to set it up perfectly from the beginning? idk how to explain, i'm definitely impressed but i'm boggled too lol. how do you know, how do you do that?? 😭

After a 3 ping, hold basic attack to get locked in that pistol stance. KEEP holding it to fire and when released he'll swap to a rifle shot as you saw. If you release to dodge an attack, the camera will pull back for that rifle shot, doing more damage, and hear a Ding like around 0:10-0:13

wanshi main here! for one, wanshi is a support/healer unit and is ice element. and his core is that every three ping he gets a stance that deals ice damage, and if you release his attack button at the right time, he basically counters it with his sniper rifle and gets a free dodge aswell. id argue he's probably the most agile healer construct we have so far. and for A Lee similarities, its bc a lee got his buff way after wanshi was released, so they might took some notes from wanshi's moveset perhaps?

@@strykerssg6302 i wouldnt say hes like, dps viable bc hes a support class but he can still hit stupidly hard- his ult is practically a nuke you can always pop again and again thanks to his passive if you have at s(or ss, i dont remember) that increases his ult and gives him 5% energy for every second he's off the field. his memo should be ze wenyuan (ice memo lucia uses) and darwin for dps, enstein for support. thats what i use anyways, hes my backup whenever i need to pull back lucia.
