It's true that CN really did a lot help to the "dictators" of the countries in the third world, even though that it will it not be beneficial to either those people of the countries nor to those in China.

It is a question whether China can get into the UN without Africa
We have seen many leaders in history. His knowledge structure, cultural level, political judgment and value choices will stay at a certain stage in his adolescence. And then no matter how long he lives, no matter how much the world changes, he manifests as a moment of ossification. If there is an opportunity for him to ascend to a great position, he will definitely look for resources from the moment when his intelligence and knowledge development process stops, and construct his political ideas, value choices, and governance strategies. The character of this kind of person is generally stubborn, paranoid, and foolishly self-confident, foolish and self-serving, thinking that he is defending a certain value and can open up a new direction for the country's development. In fact, they often wear ancient costumes, but perform on the modern stage, like a ghost from the tomb suddenly appearing in broad daylight. Everyone knows that he is a ghost, but he thinks he is a true god. However, the ideas he chooses and the policies he implements are all moldy old goods. ~ Alexis De Tocqueville comments about King Charles X (Not Xie) in Old Regime and the French revolution.

@@fangdaohong4538 You just merely copycat other's statement without any basis for your argument. Just look at what Xie had done for the last 3 years and anyone could easily find out all of those tricks he did could be traced back to what Mao had done in the 60's great leap, and 70's cultural revolution.

@@LiHongLinTaiwan i agree with both of you, but I don't think your comment is fair enough. As a Taiwanese, you may have been to mainland China for many years, and still keep an uncompromising vision on us. Do not forget, we were all from the same hometown, the enemy should always be other ethnic. I just don't like that "god", too. that not means I am with you🙄

@@7ali1124I always clearly identify the differences between the Chinese and the CCP. If you've ever educated under the true traditional Chinese cultural and the true history, you can easily identify that the CCP can't and shouldn't represent China. China has been a cultural concept rather than the geographical or ethnic concept. Just take a look at the following paragraph: "臣聞之,中國者,聰明睿知之所居也,萬物財用之所聚也,賢聖之所教也,仁義之所施也,詩書禮樂之所用也,異敏技藝之所試也,遠方之所觀赴也,蠻夷之所義行也。" The CCP is originated from the Soviet Union, not from The "traditional" China, and it is the enemy of the modern civilization, and should be terminated for the well beings of all human kinds.
