@@zhixiaye It's like this everywhere in the West. It is depending on what kind of education degree you get. You are correct, new graduate does not worth much. That's just how it is. How many people graduate per year? What kind of specialty do you have? How can you prove that? If you only know how to study, your degree is useless.
High academic qualifications but low ability is a common problem among today's college graduates. Don't be picky about your work, you have to start somewhere and gain experience. Attitude towards work is even more important.

That’s US$345 a month, roughly 6 days’ pay at the lowest paying job in U.S.

@@zilun Indeed, generally speaking, their wages are much lower than in the United States. Since there are too many unemployed people now, they have no choice but to accept jobs, otherwise, they will never start their careers, because 12 million fresh graduates enter the job market every year. They don't have much choice, too bad.

@@angelarodriguez4675 What does this have anything to do with how many people graduate from college per year? Lowest paying job is cashier at 7-11 or whatever. I wasn’t talking about lowest U.S. pay for college graduates in U.S. I was saying, in U.S., even if these Chinese were illiterate and their Chinese bosses raised that type of wages by 400%, their bosses would be committing a crime because it is ILLEGAL. That’s how low it is.

@@zilun Good Morning! I'm not saying wages are low in the United States, I'm saying their incomes in China are much lower than in the United States. According to the law of supply and demand, this has a lot to do with the number of fresh graduates each year, the job market competition becomes more intense. Also, I'm not sure if paying employees low wages would be considered a crime in China.

@ angelRodriguez 4675 Good afternoon! Brother, are you American? It would be a crime to pay low wages in your place. . . In the capital city of China's most populous province. . The minimum wage is just over 300 dollars.
Unless you went to school for something technical, having more education doesn't equate to a high level of production or value, aka income. I looked it up, they offered you minimum wage. You have no work experience, outside of a part time student work, you have to start somewhere. I started with minimum wage too, it's okay. You can always move up, but you have to start somewhere.
