How can the government tackle this corruption issue? We should have CCTV in each counters, make sure the CCTV is on 24 hrs, CCTV also in the dark room, heavy penalty when catch the offenders etc.

All talks no real action , aren't you know Boleh Land well enough ?
To whom it may concern, I travel multiple times a year to Malaysia for business purposes. I strongly advice Malaysia immigrations to open a window at KLIA most dedicated to chinese passengers. Not that we feel the need for any special treatment, but the fact that there is a female staff in KLIA who tells everyone to show their passport prior to the window, and whoever holds a chinese passport is being brought to the interrogation room, I have experienced this firsthand multiple times, this is unfair to chinese travelers, this is selective discrimination. Please address this as soon as possible. I can testify against the female staff if there are supervisors available that can be reached on my next arrival, I do not know her name because we are being brought to the interrogation room prior to the window. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience, Thank you.

Not they dont know how to do. Only they find a way to earn their extra income. Not only the custom staff. All the goverment staf have their way to find more. Especially chinese Will become their first target because of they think chinese are richer. Even malaysia chinese also always facing the same problem.police Will always checking your car / body without any reason. And when they find out something special then they can use the topic to ask for money.
MACC pls do your job...like many comments here say we Malaysia are lagging behind to our neighbours in tourism and these kind of despicable and shameful acts will only chase away tourists who can contribute immensely to our economy! If these acts are true, I would go as far to say these immigration officers are actually 'traitors' to the people and country of Malaysia!!!
