I am from Singapore. I was once caught for jaywalking (that means I did not cross at a designated traffic light). The policeman was waiting for me across the road. The fine was $30 and he issued a summon. I had to pay within a certain time frame or face court attendance. Did I pay the fine? Yes I surely did. My wife sped pass a red traffic light. The fine was about $200 (together with demerit points) and did she learn her lesson not to speed pass a red light? She definitely did. Having said that, are we living in fear of being caught by the police 24 hours a day? No... we are an orderly society and most people will obey the law. I am very happy living here. And I am a senior citizen living in Singapore for the past 61 years. I saw my country move from 3rd world to 1st world in my lifetime!
Please fixed your camera or use a stand. I get a headache with the jerk. However, your video is very informative. Well done for the content.

China is one of the world top producing countries for tobacco (in production). There’s no strict laws to prohibit smoking as it is a good revenue for the government (tobacco monopoly).
