Playing with long pips against rubber is an obnoxious low act. Those users just want to win the game on points but not playing a fair game. Wonder how they will react/feel playing against each other with the same style/equipment. To be fair, competitions should identify/classify racket surfaces (rubbers) into different categories and set up comps accordingly. We've seen top class fine rubber players losing to lowly-ranked-out-of-date pimples users. How unfair/disgusting (:. An insult to proper/honorable sportsmanship, skill & training.

If you think long pips are over-powered then use long pips, simple.

There’s a reason why no professional talks like this, and it’s because they actually work to counter long pips, same way long pips players learn to counter other rubbers. Learn how to play against them and quit complaining. If you can’t deal with spin reversal, then learn to deal with it, play with long pips yourself, or just quit.

长胶总体构思是阴谋为体，心术不正，小人心态的。其目的是企图利用对方不熟悉胶皮的特性来赢球。多数都是，不熟悉时赢球，一旦被对方熟悉，则一败涂地。永远也成不了主流。

也有人说，乒乓球本身就是阴谋，比如发球时做出假动作诱使对手判断失误直接得分。我一直打反胶左右快攻弧旋，平时也不屑和长胶选手练球，因为别扭不痛快，可比赛时经常输给长胶选手。最近出于好奇我也试着打了打长胶，意外很有感觉，利用其飘忽不定及下沉的特点作弄对手得感觉真不错（以前是自己被作弄）。长胶自己很难发力要借力对方，如何把对方的上旋球拱得好落点？如何把对方的下旋球撇得恰到好处？如何收腹缩拍减力化解对方的爆冲快打都有很多学问，业余选手打长胶是一种有趣得战型。另外，打过长胶，对其理解加深，再遇见长胶选手心理上就没有了那种害怕得感觉了！🙂
