我仲做緊匯豐IT時,成層辦公室基本冇乜四字頭嘅人。去中層化係全球趨勢,喺僱主眼中落手落腳做唔使搵咁貴嘅人。做最高管理層講際遇,而且崗位太少,一班上唔到去嘅中年人根本係坐以待斃。所謂令自己 indispensable,講就容易,連 CEO 都可以隨時換人呀老兄。 惟一出路係做 Day Trader,難就一定,但自己可以完全掌握,唔使等運到。難極都比起做生意容易。

1句到尾,你可唔可幫公司搵到錢,唔通我用6萬蚊請個人返來幫同事攪下IT, 維護系統咩,呢D out source 都得,職場的價值就係你有沒搵錢能力或幫公司用小錢或唔用錢而有最大利益,這是常識吧。
