I tried folding three units of this model, and, following the video very carefully, each unit got to the step where I should fold those thin strips using the ruler, but those triangles ended in points, and there was no thin strip to fold. After trying three units, I'm giving up. Either the video doesn't show the steps well enough, or the starting dimensions for the paper aren't accurate. If I'm missing something and you think you know what it is, please let me know. I'd like to finish this model. Thanks!

You have to be super precise with your folds. I just finished it - it's not the easiest one but the video is very helpful. Good luck!
