Zhoushen is good at using ornamental notes to beautiful the notes and his slur notes are so well done that the lyrics are smooth and silky. With his professional well controlled long breath he put them together like telling stories in your ears so naturally and beautifully. He never over act or shout in his singing. Zhou Shen's voice did not change when he hit his teens it stayed the same but became richer. It is his natural voice - He was trained in Bel Canto and he trained himself is other techniques so he is not choosing to sing there but uses the techniques to assist - he has a soft speaking voice. Check out his interviews. You should hear him singing "Upwards To Heaven" with the writer of the song So Dingding

Thanks for the reaction. Zhou (pronounced like Joe) Shen is amazing. So humble and sweet. His voice is just magical. He sings all genres and does them well. I prefer his Chinese songs. Those performances really reflect his talents. Check out his duet with Sa Dingding if you want to really his upper range in the song Upwards to the Moon. It’s stunning. Also his performance with Tengri singing Heaven/DaYu. Also Da Yu/ Big Fish is his breakout song His most recent performance on the Time Concert series TV show is amazing. It’s amazing how much he has grown in the past ten years. His catalog of performances is huge. I could go on and on about his talent. Keep watching. You won’t regret it.

Thank you for taking the time to make this reaction video but in this video, you kept on saying female voice. I know your intention is not trying to attack him whatsoever but It makes me very uncomfortable because a lot of people tried to label his voice instead of his talents. As you know he was not trying to sing it in that high pitch as you said a female voice. He was bullied by a lot of people when he was young just because his voice didn't change when puberty came and that was not his choice. It took a very long time for him to accept his own high pitch voice and flight inside of him from those bullied voices about his high pitch voice. So in my opinion, that is not a male or female voice. It is Zhou Shen's unique own voice. I totally understand why you say what you said but if it is possible on your future reaction videos on him, try just enjoy his beautiful unique voice and his talents instead of labeling his voice. A lot of people think it is not a problem and he is strong enough to accept those comments about it but I believe no one in this world wants to keep on hearing this kind of comment which makes us uncomfortable especially that was not his choice to have that kind of voice. Don't you think?

First of all, Zhou Shen isn’t singing in a “female voice.” He is singing in his own true voice. The voice he was bullied for in his teenage years. The voice he hid until he finally got the courage to sing when he was in college in Ukraine. His voice is a physical anomaly, not falsetto. Second of all, just like your Dimash reactions, you’ve gotten to the point where you can’t seem to let a singer sing one complete phrase without interruption. Very jarring for the listener. I stopped watching you because of this.
