Actually, our country has laws with regard to development near rivers/sea (100 feet from the river bank/shore) and hill slopes ( gradient or angle of less tan 35% and only 3 storey building allowed) but sadly, it was never enforced due to political interference and corruption.

@@chongkongsang5060 Yes, agreed. A lot of so called "Natural disasters" are man made due to mismanagement and corruption.
The reporter very stupid for wearing a slipper to go out to report this type of news. Should wear a high rubber boot to go about the muddy road. No common sence.

Hi, genius, nice to meet you. I can feel a great common sense of yours for knowing so much, very impressive. Like you are playing part of the character in media industry too? You know right? how urgent and hectic it can be when you received a call at midnight and you need to depart to the location in very early morning according to the call time the next day, and it is obviously a call time before any shops open to let you buy rainboots all the way to the site, common sense right? The road from seremban town to this site was close down and have to take 2 hours and more to reach this outskirt area, you know right? Shops were closed after bad flood at there, so no rainboots for you to buy along the way, you know right? Anyway, you can show how great you are with strong common sense that you have by buying her a pair of rainboots, would you do that?
