So the video is talking about Jackie's Stunt Team. Is been 40 years time since they started. Back in the old time there is no such things like green screen and special effects, so everyone in the team and talking those movie shots in real. They even got broken bones and hurt and went to hospital at the morning 6am. So the TV Show has found all the crew members from 40 years ago, they havent seen each others for like 10-20 years.

Basically, the guys in the videos earlier were talking about how being in the Chang family clan was the best experience ever. How they would risk their life everyday to film those movies. But they never regretted it. And jackie was very thankful of what they said and is very thankful of everything they’ve done. He also mentioned that, seeing all the movie breaking things and stuff. How people will go to hospitals at 5-6AM in the morning and no one knows about it. He really missed them. What he didn’t know was that, all those guys in the videos actually came on stage and was right behind him. When he turned around to say “these young men are growing up” trying to point at the young guys who were behind him earlier, he realised who was actually behind him and became really emotional. They would call eachother, in chinese, the teammates who were fighting together on the battlefield.
