I've yet to try the mobile game but I would recommend checking out the VN :) There is an English fan patch you can grab but Key themselves will be releasing it in English later this year as Rewrite+ which will also include Harvest Festa in English :)

You should be able to as I think they'll release Rewrite+ on Steam like they have with their other VN's including Little Busters which has recently been greenlit on Steam for an English release :) If you do manage to get a torrent of the original VN then download the patch from Amaterasu translations as that's the patch I used when I played it :) I think there's a couple of torrents which include the Amaterasu patch in the files but you may need to check. If they don't then just use this link - amaterasu.tindabox.net/
