I got it for my Canon 5D mark IV but that's currently having C-LOG installed on it. So I used my t6i for my video test. and I was truly impressed on what I was able to achieve with even a t6i.

Hi guys... great video... I've been looking at gimbals for my phone and think it's nuts that I have an X-T2 sat here being under-utilised since most of my commercial work is with the GFX... I know you have answered a couple of guys re the use of the grip which I would like to do with the 23mm 1.4 on board and maybe the Rode mic - but I'm really interested to see what effect movement the grip has on the Crane 2... if you could answer that would be awesome... thanks in advance!

David Edwards thanks. With the grip you will lose some radius when you tilt forward as the taller profile starts to make contact with the back of the gimbal. Besides that it works fine!

Motif Films no luts used - shot at 4K 30fps - we shot in the Pro-neg standard. I applied a color grade in premiere. Thanks for watching.

I also own an XT2 and sometimes consider getting a GH5, but every time I watch a good movie with XT2, like yours, I wonder if it will be worth migrating to the GH5. Ever considered having a GH5? What do you think about the quality of the XT2, even though it is not 10bits like the GH5 is.

I just bought my Zhiyun crane plus and i tried to balance with Fuji Xt2 +16-55mm but i cannot balance it pls help me. thanks

Elmer Cuaton first make sure your base plate / mounting plate is in the right position. With that heavier lens make sure and slide the the weight towards the back. Go slow at first and make micro adjustments. I haven’t used that model, but I think the xt2 is light enough.

Hi guys, I am about to buy this gimbal for my XT-2 , question is: it is fully compatible with Fujifil XT-2 camera? I mean: is it possible to use the focus joystick, the display and other features with our camera?

Jordan V no problem! The Crane 2 can handle the weight but not to sure about the height. I’ll check it tomorrow for you in the studio and get back to you. In the interview footage we used the Crane 2 with a Rode mic on top.. and as you can see it handled it quite well. I’ll for sure test it for you.

Battery grip is a go! The it just barely rotates around. You won't be able to set anything on the shot though..

Ewan Mcjawer you don’t get any function unless you use the external follow focus for the lenses.

siomaii extra rice no noob questions !!! Yes it can hold the 16-55mm no problems. It will look awesome at the wider angles!

Charles Netzler probably not. That would be a hard set up to balance. A good monopod might be best for such a beast lens.

anyone know if its possible to use the v2 version with the xt2, battery grip, and 16-55? i added up the weight so it should be ok there, just not sure about the size if it has room to move around and stuff.

Chrono Trigger it’s going to hang up with the battery grip. It’s just a little too tall. If you don’t need to fully invert it you’ll be fine.

i'm just looking for a simple setup to get started with for budget friendly wedding videos. its either this, or use a very light lens and no grip with the M version, or save up for the big crane 2. Thought the v2 would be nice middle ground. If I can't use the battery grip might sell the thing lol not sure why i even have it rarely use it shooting stills.
