That is what ppl are saying about him lol If you don't need more damage, you can use him as a shield tank. But even then, characters like Noelle and Diona provide a shield and more utility.

i think zong is super OP at later levels even at constilation 0.. am level 50-70 in a world level from adventure rank 45.. zongli balances the team to perfection that even though all the monsters are red. no one takes damage as zongs shield blocks everything and also destroys all geo constructs from bosses its crazy :-D. I also think we are all only seeing 1 phase of a character so far.. most probably there will be ascension of another level at some point in the future (i hope so after seeing childes transformation in the story. would be epic! )
