This song is an inspirational song about/for kids with autism. All the children who were on stage, as well as the boy performing the solo part with the ocarina (name of the instrument) - they are all kids with autism. The term used for the kids is "children of the stars". Basically the song is wishing for these children's path to be filled with happiness, hence (flowers) blooming all the way. It's actually a touching and inspirational song :)
