I am Nephi Acaling. I am native to Bacolod City but currently living in Cebu City, Philippines. I’ve lived in different countries like Singapore, Japan and United States due to job assignments. I was in the US when I started this channel thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
At a time, I was a band vocalist performing every Friday and Saturday night at a local bar chain but recently decided to quit from my band to focus on my KZbin Channel and my full-time job as an engineer.
I was a member of the Filipino Voice Symphony where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our choral group actually bagged the Gold Medal in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
I was the Glee Club President and was a trainer for various singing competitions when I was in the university - all these were humbling experiences for me.
I enjoy watching videos especailly singing performances and react to them.
I keep my reactions real and natural.

Part of the lyrics basically goes "what else do you want? what else can i sacrifice? i'm trying to avoid any ambiguity. there's no smile from happiness. everything i tried to retain is gone. part at last. because of my love, my tears fell. the love that i believed in was pushed aside. because of my promise, my tears fell. my loyalty to you was forgotten. i'm hurt and aggrieved. part at last." This song became a sad reality for her when she divorced from her marriage of 20 years last year. The heavy breathing before she started singing was her composing herself from crying.

She is one strong woman. I grew up with her song and she is THE diva during her prime. I never thought she endured domestic violence in her years of marriage and she finally decided that enough is enough when her children started to experience the same violence from her ex-husband. But she keep her head high and be strong for the sake of her children even though I assume it is still hard for her to reveal it to the public. The song titled finally separated or we are finally apart. The worst part of Ziana's life is tht she stays by his side although being abused mentally... she stayed bcoz of love n loyalty, hoping that 1 day, things will get better.. she got pushed to the limit where she herself decided to leave him...
