@@Kanzuki The idea of this game was nice, just poorly executed. There are people that do like this game, I don't but, some do. This game can be beaten, it's just a huge pain in the ass. It's not the worst MK game though.

Watched MaxDood's playthrough of this game and the moment this tune kicked in I immediately recognized it from MK4. There's also a giant robot enemy on this level that makes the same groans and roars that Goro does in Mk4

I was thrilled to hear this in the prison stage. MKMSZ had some excellent ambient music, and this truly sounded ominous and unsettling. Out of nowhere it felt like I was racing through a horror movie with this theme in the background! It's too bad the only glimpses we saw of the Netherealm were an industrial complex and a crumbling bridge. Mortal Kombat could really have delivered a hell worth dreading.

I fucking love this game. I still got it for PS1. Classic Sub Zero is the shit. It kinda sucks that he dies in the first MK tournament but then again it's ok kuz he becomes Noob Saibot and becomes more of a fucking bad ass. Pretty ironic how he ends up joining the Brotherhood of the Shadow after denying Quan Chi's offer in Mythologies. Sub Zero forever!

Most people complained a lot about the controls but they're pretty easy to get used to I'd say my main complaint with this game is it's difficulty and sometimes unfair deaths , let getting punched back into a bottomless pit , and the giant robots and dinos who were a pain to deal with
