@John B Kind of an ignorant comment, my friend. There is good and bad music in every genre. Also, music is as much a product of culture as an influence on it. Edit: Also, @maria sierra, agree 100%.
@fknutz44005 жыл бұрын
@John B So, your entire opinion is based on what you heard one greedy businessperson say and some behavioral conditioning theories? I reckon you aren't giving the complexity of humanity enough credit, to say the least. I'll give you the fact that media can influence individuals, but the media is the product of the culture before it is an influence. And I still say there is objectively good and bad music in every genre. As far as youth goes, a little effort by their caretakers to develop critical thinking would go a long way.

Every genre is worth to be good, maybe there's bad rap of course, but there's nice boom bap from 90's mixing rap with jazz and there are amazing DJ's like Nujabes, sadly passed away, that made music for the soul, and they used rap and hip-hop bases. Me, Im a Madonna fan since I was 8, now 41, and she learned me to appreciate all kind of cultures and music styles, always exploring and making a choice on what makes my heart feels good. That's why lm here, and im so thankfull. Everything has a place and a moment. Peace ❤
I am from France and I know almost nothing about Tang Dyansty and ancient chinese instruments. The melody is beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing this!!

This is just so awesome! Truly. The music is lovely and richly evocative. The way it was filmed is incredible. The ivory colored plain backdrop with Chinese language graphics dissolving in and out. The way the musicians and instruments are arranged. Costumes. Hair and hats. I’ve always loved this kind of music but I’ve never seen it so beautifully presented visually. Just stunning. Perfect sound and mix too. I came upon this in my feed today and it’s something I really to explore a lot more of.

The guqin has a history of 4,000 years. When the legend was born, it was five strings. It was invented by the Shengming sage before the first dynasty in ancient times. This is difficult to verify. However, in the history book that can be verified, it was recorded that the prominent Shang Dynasty business king of 3,500 years ago added a string. In 3,000 years ago, Zhou Wangwang of the Zhou Dynasty dynasty added another string, which has become a 7-string custom. A change has occurred. In ancient China, morality governed the country, and the moral character of the monarch was close to the sacred. The gentleman's six arts, the first is courtesy, the second is music, and the lyric is a form of ritual, it is a ritual, and the superb piano is music. Therefore, outstanding kings have non-superior spiritual realm and master-level piano skills. The history book of China is the most detailed and credible historical material, so the story about the piano and the monarchs is likely to be true. The Guqin has a wide range of sounds, deep sounds and long afterglow. In the Chinese civilization, Guqin as a sage sage to cultivate sentiment, and nature to achieve perfect harmony of the compulsory homework, there are about 3,600 songs left in the remains, the rhythm of the classical guqin is difficult to grasp, almost can not determine where the next sound will appear But very harmonious. Many of the guqin performances I hear now are flipping pop music, and understanding the charm of the guqin should be understood in classical music.

I love the way the "ghosts" disapeared at the end of the video. Not only you play a wonderful music, but the video is a real masterpiece. It tells a story, and the style make it like silk paintings, delicate and really "live" far away from the noise and furor of other "musicals". And you have a good sense of humour. I love the "drunk" player of jar (calabss?) who seems sleeping....
