I see similarities between Maya and Emma’s character Emma in season 4 after the school shooting happened acted “different” i.e her catching the gonnorea disease, her messing around with Jay, and her anorexia.... Maya after Cam’s death hooked up with Harry who she barely knew, turned down Zig numerous of times and putting him in the friend zone, her getting nightmares of Miles killing himself thus the reason why she kept thinking about death, and lastly attempting suicide by taking drugs and by trying to jump off the roof (happened in Degrassi: Next Class) I guess when something horrific happens in Degrassi Maya and Emmas character changes that reflects on the horrific event

yeah, she called him at the end of Dolls part 1 and ended things, but it was only for a day, the next night they got back together, after she kissed Zig. However, he was still with Tori.
