Drututt needs to try kraken-navori-essence reaver Tristana. 100% winrate toplane on it in EUW low master. It is the highest sustained damage Tristana build by at least 20%, damage during Q duration is even slightly higher than IE alternatives as long as u use E twice from Navori's reset mechanic. U have perma uptime on Q and no mana issues whatsoever. Im just so sick of playing it, it's not fun at all for me, especially when every 2nd lobby is a dodge because nobody wants to play with fake Drututt
