If I'm not mistaken, Ziheng had already paid a package/service which all of those so called "free" are complimentary services are actually paid up in advance, it's a marketing gimmick. There's no such thing as free stuff in the business world. They have their method to make money while attracting customers.

The food here is more expansive than other hot pot restaurant. Though they provide free snacks and nail service, they still can earn .

This is complimentary for the guest of Haidilao. There is time when the seating is full and there is a long wait so customer can get there nails done while waiting for their seats. All this is complimentary to the guest. I love it. I wish US have this service.

What a Ccp shill, you my friend had not seen how mainland China hates foreigners with a passion. China like all other places around the world has racism issue but unlike other nation that actually has laws in place to at least deal with it, China just deny it and say everything is OK. They are more concern about saving face than fixing issues. Try talking to any black migrant workers in China and you may see that ugly racist side if China. Oh so the manicure place is part of the restaurant. I see. That's a good idea though but extra work and extra staff to pay because the owner isn't only paying staff for restaurant they're paying for manicure staff as well. Now I see the Chinese mindset, They're hard working people so they're not afraid to do EXTRA work for little money. They know well growing up there's all kind of people doing business so they know they have to work extra to make little which I'm sure that little add up and in the long run it all pay off. I can see the same method with websites like Temu and Alibaba, etc all these Chinese companies! They're hard working people and at the same time they're very patient to withstand the very little money they get from their extra service/work.
