Personal thought I am more than happy to hear about ex livers talking about their experiences from past life, management, or company because it allows them to use their platform to either raise awareness, heal, or inform others and guide them as well It’s their right to talk about such experiences and I hope many don’t downplay or invalidate such actions from such livers because every experience is a journey of learning, healing, and growing to allow one to know what not to do and such and can move forward knowing a lot more than better and do better or have a more healthy environment in their career or personal lives I wish them the best always!

Feel bad for few talents of nijisanji who already left the company but the company didn't treat some of them right. Niji only care popular talents that generate most revenue, mostly male talents, few female talents only receive right treatment like Millie, Enna, Finana, don't know about the others, most viewers and subscribers on them.

I think they talk about their past life not all the bad thing. If my company is very suck and disappointed, because i have Non-Disclosure Agreement ,so i can,t complain anything for my viewers,i will happy my former colleagues can talk my company is bad.

I have a mixed feeling about this. If they have left, they should just leave their past behind. By keep on bringing this up and talking about how hard their life were sounded like other people who are still in the company aren't having a hard time at all. If their seniors and juniors are still staying in the company and haven't even rant about it, they should just reflect on themselves....

They both said the thing they miss most from the company are the people there (in other words the livers), so it's very clear they aren't disrespecting their senpais and kohais. Every ex-liver has a right to talk about their experiences of the past, especially if it's relevant to both Your sentiment makes more sense if years down the line they're still complaining, but it's not. They're both fresh off the company and ex-coworkers who just naturally led into a convo about a shared experience

tbh i dont think anyone owes their old workplace anything specially if they had some hang ups about it. It was still part of their lives and they are entitled to talk about it if their NDA permits it. You wouldn't say the same if they where office workers or something like that, everyone is entitled of their own experience bad or good... and also both of them have always talk really good about their excoworkers and friends. They aren't throwing their friends under the bus... their friends aren't the employers. If their friends have a good experience with the employer thats their experiences, and if this two had bad experiences that could happen too. Again, if they weren't entretainers you wouldnt be thinking about this... imagine if something like this happened to you in your normal work, you will be ranting it to everyone, even if you coworkers where your friends and didnt share your experience.

Good on them for explaining a bit more about it! also is it just me... or.. my own Rrat but: Is it just me, or is there good chemistry between these 2? she let him get out of there first whilst still being 'locked in', kyrio compliants her, their talking patterns 'thats not truuuuue', giving heavy support. The constant giggling at small jokes you'd normally reply in txt with a friend with just a 'lol' so i do wonder if its just good/therapeutic kinda bonding over this 'experience' and clearing the air with each or there is something more, again BIT of a stretch and just an Rrat, but we never know unless they tell or clarify it with us. Their choice to! or there may be some form of spark between them, both send compliments, lottsa giggling, being more open than they could towards each other. They would have lots of behind the scenes convo's, IRL too, we will never know about (maybe that is WHY they were offered as a 'duo grad'? They clearly have great, deep conversations and both other males and females pick up on these). It's only a few signs but i wouldn't be surprised if in a few weeks/months.year - we may have the first ex-wendy-heist couple come out from this now that theres no 'idol level red tape upon idol standard red tape'
