Seems to do the job. Some suggestions to make it a bit better. Let more cable out when lowering the blade it will allow it to float over the terrain better. I wouldn't use the rear blade for snow. Instead, fill it with some kind of weight like sand bags or cement blocks. That will give you more traction and allow you to push more snow. Putting the chains back on will also help.

tough little machine but please put a muffler on it. Gotta make a good neighbor.
