Golden Era of Zimbabwean Cricket.. N Johnson, M Goodwin, Flower Brothers, S Carlisle, A Campbell, Whittal Brothers, Champion Heath Streak, H Olonga.. Imagine current crop of ODI Teams having to face this Zimbabwe in SAF/Eng or even SL.. Those times all 9 Test Playing Nations could beat each other. Australia were way ahead of others.. but even they could be beaten. England were appalling though but still good enough at home

Well Mr Shankar, Neil Johnson wasn't the first but as per my knowledge Indian all rounder Manoj Parbharkar was the first who did it in limited overs game for his country. May be someone else did it before him but I know Manoj Parbharkar for that, he did it during mid 90's, when he was at peak of his career.

@@princenarayana He did it from 1994 to 1995 era, same like Johnson, who started it from first champion's trophy 1998 till 2000. Few times Lance Klusner also did that for his team but Klusner was second attack bowler with Shaun Pollock while Manoj Parbharkar and Neil Jhonson both opened as first opener and first attack bowler... Means both faced first ball of innings and bowled first ball of of bowling innings... Pakistani Muhammad Hafeez Also did same but for few matches in 2012-13 during his own captaincy era but only in T-20 international's...
