RECIPE:
For the dough:
♥ 1 Egg white (medium size egg)
♥ 1 tsp Lemon Juice
♥ 100 g (1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp) Icing Sugar
♥ 200 g (2 cups packed) Almond Flour or chopped almonds
♥ A sachet of Vanillin or vanilla bean seeds
♥ 3 g (2 tsp) Ground Cinnamon
♥ 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
♥ A pinch of Clove powder
♥ A pinch of Salt
For the Icing:
♥ 30 g Egg White (small size egg)
♥ 1 tsp Lemon Juice
♥ 150 g (1 cup) Icing Sugar
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ℃ (340 °F) for about 15 - 18 minutes

Hi dear! Thank you, these cookies are really delicious. Zimtsterne can be kept in a sealed container, preferably a tin, for up to a month. Yes you can freeze these cookies too. They will freeze for up to 6 weeks. To defrost, in the fridge first, then keep it at room temperature for an hour or two if you don’t want to eat cold cookies. ☺
