Nice syrup ये hm 2 months se le रहे, मेरे में 4 बदलाव देखने को मिला पहला स्टॉप हेयर फॉल, दूरी भूख नही लग रही थी थोड़ा सा वजन में परिवर्तन, तीसरा पढ़ते थे तो याद बहुत कम रहती थी उसमे बहुत हद तक सुधार हुई है , चौथा स्ट्रैस तनाअ जैसी चीजें अब नही होती नींद अच्छे से आती है।
