Truly inspiring stories of determination and perseverance, indeed. Richa is a great interviewer in drawing out the essence of individuals. I discovered this only a few day ago as I live in the US and do not watch much TV at all. I have a little suggestion. Much as I enjoy watching great stories of success and struggle, it would be worth bringing guests who cannot speak Hindi. India is a vast countries and there are hundreds of hidden gems beyond the Hindi speaking areas. The nation benefits from highlighting those individuals and their lives. There is enough technology and translation capabilities to expand the coverage. Best Wishes.

thanks my parents also inspired me for sbi job.I also studied in govt schools. Parents supported me when i was doing odd jobs survey in slum area,contract jobs in district .Parents only made me believe in me .Parents only made me live when i failed in mbbs and was depressed.Parents only made me see hope when i got supply in delhi university.thanks parents .god bless them.they only gave money when i was unemployed to go for coaching.parents only inspired me to look for govt jobs when i was fired in IT job in gurgaon over phone and when i was rejected for interview in rockland hospital after me waiting 7 hours along with parents for interiew.parents only inspired me to see hope again and prepare for govt job when i lost money in college as i didnt get job in college placement .thanks parents are god's gift .they helped me in getting good friend for life also.parents only helped me when i failed in gate ,evalueserve exam and was wasting time in extra curricular /friends chat unnecessarily made me see focus in life and priorities things in academic ,life and time place things.my parents are god for me also.

No job is small. Any thing available one should take and make monies. I am in North America. Father could be very well placed, but the son or daughter would go and work in a cafe or a grocery store to pick up monies for their expenses. There is no dignity of labor in the Americas. Any body will do any work available. Such attitude in our nation we have to develop instead of treating some work as menial. However one can set a goal for himself or herself. And prepare for it steady. This is were the winning is sweet. Anyway in India these young though not so financially sound boys and the family helping them achieve some thing which is not easily achievable makes it a sweet story. God bless these youngsters who much against odds succeeded marvelously to carve out for them a decent life full of honor and wealth. Subtly you also see the works/blessings of God in these achievements!

Shalini and I were in same coaching after 10th and I can say she saw a low in studies in till 12th. I was quite expected for a topper to make it to best medical or engineering college. She did not and see where she reached and achieved post that. So the point of mentioning this is this, A determined and clear attitude can make you achieve the best and toughest.

i know this man ramesh gholap have met him when he was DM of dhanbad jharkhand. He was very honest Dm who stormed and gave sleepless night to nagar nigam corrupt and inefficient officers... sadly due to his strict personality he was transferred within 66 days as he blacklisted many mafia contractors who were looting dhanbad muncipality in name of works..... the mayor of dhanbad belonged to BJP party and jharkhand ruled by BJP ... its a shame that BJP talks of corruption free but would not let honest person work in one of the most corrupt cities.. Ramesh was really inspiring during his tenure .. he became hero in eyes of youth of dhanbad... he is now deputed in sareikel kharswan as deputy collector in jharkhand....
