Nice shave sir. I like the overlander, it's a nice razor. If don't typically feel drag on any razor. IMO, the only time you should feel that is if you don't have the angle correct, or if your lather isn't on point. If everything is clicking property with the angle and the lather, the matte or unpolished finishes shouldn't product discernible drag.

I have not tried the aluminum but I’m sure it works just as well in have a Karve CB in aluminum and it’s great.

Overlander sounds good, I like that there's a wider shave angle as well and the blade exposure is not giving much blade feel. I'd be looking at the lighter AL version though. I can understand getting cut by holding blades in one and opening doors with the other to get to the blade bin, done it a couple times myself. Awesome looking shave, thanks for sharing your experiences with the razor and soap. 👍😎👍

The Overlander seems to be all the rage at the moment. I’ve been seeing a lot of people using it and having good things to say about it. A lot of people are trying it against the grain on the first pass, with mixed results. The Master sounds different, not sure if I’m quite on board with that one. Great shave sir!

The Overlander definitely has been showing up a lot lately. I’m not sure about trying the ATG in the first pass thing though. I didn’t think I would like the scent at first but it surprised me and I really liked it. You need to like darker, spicy & a little bay rummy

The brush is all 100% aluminum - the bottom half is sandblasted to give grip then anodised black. The top part is lightly sand blasted and anodised red. i9t is a homage to some fo the old Every Ready brushes from the old days.

Great shave!! I tried to order that very soap from Heather and wrote her about it. She referred me to UK and EU sellers that don’t ship to Greenland. Did you check with Anticura from Slovenia? They may ship it to Greenland.

But Heather didn't seem to care that the UK and EU sellers didn't send to Greenland when I told her; so my guess is she doesn't want her soaps used and presented by me and/or sold here... No hard feelings... If she doesn't want the business I have a lot of other soaps from Artisans that do. No problem and really no hard feelings... I'm good 🤙

I have not used Gent so I cannot give an opinion between these two. Master is very nice if you like spicy darker somewhat bay rum tule scents. It is nit a traditional barbershop.
