Looks very much like tapir, but natively baked into zio-http, not just translating one dsl to another.

I love Tapir, but there's a cost (both performance and ergonomic-wise) of needing to work across so many different server implementations. It's incredibly impressive at what it does, but the goal here would be to get the most performance/ergonomics by targeting only zio-http.
