Ray Allen was a great sharpshooter and more athletic than Klay in his Seattle days. he could create his own shot much better than Klay and was a better inside scorer. However Klay has him beat in all areas of defense. And with Carter, Carter prime was 27,5,5 which is better stats than Klay ever had. However stats don't tell you everything as Klay defense is still much better than VC and his shooting. However Carter is better in basically every other categories.

It would have been a completely different league. There would be no Warriors dynasty, Steph would be looked at like James Harden, and LBJ would have 5-6 rings by now.

At this point one could argue Klay is more valuable than Steph bc he plays better defense than Steph and still cashes in points. Now given Steph has a better resume but that’s bc of game plan design. I understand that the top 5 spots are arguable, but how many active players ranked ahead of Klay or even in the top 5 have more rings than Klay at this very moment?
