Zion Foster disappeared when she left her Eastpointe home in 2022 to smoke marijuana with her cousin. Her cousin admits he was with her when she died -- but her body was never found. He said he did dump her body in a dumpster -- but that he didn't kill her. He's now on trial for her murder.

WTH Fox why can’t you get the voice in sync, very annoying !! And.. this Courtroom, is shameful, they should be embarrassed to be on live tv and internet. The chairs, namely at the defense table, are tattered and very worn, and a couple of the “court Deputies” are soo sloppy, two of them can’t pull their pants up, wearing them almost down to their knees, looks terrible! I’d be ashamed if I were a part of this County courtroom!

The DA could of done a better job of drilling down the fact that no where is there proof she was on seizure medication . That he never mentioned this in any of his stories until trial. I’ve watched a large chunk of this trial and the defense attorney drills this seizure narrative over and over again, while I’ve only seen the DA ask 3 quick questions about it with different witnesses. I hope he really drills the point home loudly during closing arguments.

Judge denied his acquittal, his story changed, he has these searches on his phone, even when he claim it was an accident, he still would talk in code to his girlfriend while on the phone. He only came forward because by then he know Zion remains would have been buried deep from all the trash. So that devil was being smart, but unfortunately God is smarter; GUILTY

I feel sorry for Jaylin, she needed more focused, one on one time, with an adult she trusted. She seemed as though (which is not uncommon as a teenager) to be searching for reassurance, a path, a vision for her life. Step cousin (is) was no one to hang out with at 11pm to smoke weed. Sadly, pitifully, he's a slime ball already on a trajectory of going no where. Now, he's leaving three kids behind to spend the rest of his life in jail. Perhaps there, he can gain some character.
