You obviously don’t pay attention to the Pelicans or Zion beyond a surface level. Zion has consistently started seasons slow and starts ramping up his play around this time, hence the Pelicans success despite missing CJ and Trey Murphy while also having other guys in and out of the lineup. Also, Zion has repeatedly said he wants to be in NOLA and all your knicks rumors are just big market media who obviously have an agenda….the only question with Zion is health. I watch a lot of pelicans games and it doesn’t seem like you do based off your takes. Zion averaged 27 on the same exact amount of shot attempts as now. He’s only converting on 1 less shot a game, and that’s because of teams adjusting to his style of play. Not to mention, Ingram and him are learning to play with eachother considering they’ve both been unhealthy in their whole tenure so far. ALSO he is clearly improving as a playmaker and the team currently has no other playmaker that’s gonna set Zion up. Cj has been out. My point being, Zion may not be a forefront leader for the team but he definitely plays hard and is improving on a nightly basis.
