He works out, he does various exercises for joints and ligament, unfortunately there’s not much you can do for things of that nature. Some ppl are prone to injury. Well why is the lane open? I remember when he seriously injured himself for the first time in highschool. He or the team rushed him back. He played so tentatively on that leg. I thought to myself, why would anyone let him jeppradize himself for a higshchool sport knowing he would be playing for millions in a few years. Its unfortunate, he hasnt been able to shake the injury bug ever since. I feel bad for the guy. I played through injuries in highschool to appease my coaches and fans. By age 26 my body was in shambles. Physically, I was a shadow of myself. Mentally, i suffered an identity crisis. My whole life, i was always big, fast and strong. Health and excercising was what i identified myself with. I forsaw and see the challenges zion faces. He needs to get healthy and change his playing style.
