Remember you had opened it, posted content and made met 2 of the main criteria i.e. 1000 subscribers and 4K watch time. What actually happened was KZbin replied to you in 24 hours after you had applied to monetise because you now had qualified to do so. The only reason why I’m commenting is because a lot of the youth are trying their best on KZbin and you’re making sound like it’s that easy. You alrwady had the over 1K subscribers because of who you are and you had made the watch time. Honesty and integrity matters. Thank you 🙏🏾

It's not true you have to get 1k Sub and 4k Watched hrs within a year before you can be allowed to be part of KZbin monetized platform, don't buy pressure for beginners. I created mine 2015 and got the above 2020 and I'm allowed on the platform.. it's doesn't matter the period it takes what matters is, just get the above you will be allowed. It doesn't matter how long it takes to be monitized, it's how much they will pay you if you meet the policies.. remember KZbin pays from $1 to $20 per 1000 views. You can make just $2 from 1000 views and I can make $15 from $1000 view's... What I mean is the type of channel you have and the contents you create.. KZbin is not an easy journey ..

They will start deducting it month to month so it is more like 365 days.

The watch hours of the previous 366th day will be removed by KZbin. They will consider watch hours within the last 365 days as Public Watch Hours, and so on. As long as your channel has 4000 Watch Hours, 1000 Subscriptions and complies with their community policies. So you will still be eligible to apply for YPP. Whether or not KZbin approves your channel will largely depend on the value your channel brings to your audience, including both content and video quality.
